Amish Heritage Colonial Corner Cupboard With Flat Top Doors, 42.5 inch - SKU#2820
The traditional Corner Cupboard has a long history to it's credit. The Early American homes were generally furnished with free-standing cabinets, and had few built-in storage facilities, except for the corner cupboard - which frequently was built-in. Naturally proportioned to the corner that it occupies, the corner cupboard has always provided organized storage in space that would otherwise be less easily utilized.
This Amish Heritage Colonial Corner Cupboard is endowed with many of the same advantages provided by a Colonial Sideboard With China Cabinet combination. The upper part, protected by glass-paned doors, offers a showcase for fine china, which may be accented by optional Halogen (2" diameter) or Incandescent (4" diameter) lights, as well as optional mirror sides. Larger serving dishes, and other utilitarian miscellany, find their places behind the lower doors, where, though hidden from view, they sit readily available for immediate use.
A most elegant showcase, this Heirloom quality cabinet is a truly beautiful piece of furniture, with straight lines, generous moldings and choice of hardware. This particular model, with 30 inch sides and 42.5 inch front, features Flat Top Glass Paned Doors, available Cathedral Arch Door Models lend an extra air of gentility. |
