The Huntboard Cabinet initially became popular in the first half of the nineteenth century in the mid-south, serving as a buffet table at the famous hunt breakfasts of the genteel cavaliers. In our modern day, the huntboard cabinet fills a place in which storage space is not at a premium, but where a graceful accent piece, doubling as a serving table is needed. The huntboard is perhaps our most elegant floor-standing dining cabinet, offering less internal space than a sideboard cabinet or buffet cabinet, but providing sufficient storage for your serving dishware.

This Amish Heritage Shaker Huntboard Cabinet with matching Amish Heritage Shaker Hutch Top features a choice of Flat Panel Sides or Inset Flat Panel Sides on the lower cabinet. A range of hardware choices is available, although round wooden knobs are recommended as true to style.

The huntboard will provide sufficient storage for your serving dishware - while the open hutch cupboard above it will provide a beautiful display area for your finest crockery.
